At Lofted Goods, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home decor and furniture items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
